Belly Warming Winter Broth

Ingredients:

Any veggies you have in the fridge;

  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Green beans
  • Baby marrows
  • Pak choi
  • Peas
  • Onions
  • Stock cube or liquid stock
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Chilli flakes and chilli paste

Method:

Bring 1l of stock to the boil

Slice and dice all your veggies

Add all the veggies into the pot when the stock is boiling

Cook in a high heat for 15 minutes

Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes

Serve immediately

You can also add 2 minute noodles to the broth to bulk it up (leave out the flavour packet)
