Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

Four large potatoes

Salt

Black pepper

Paprika

Olive oil

Method:

Boil the potatoes whole with the skin on in a pot of water

Once the potatoes are soft, remove from heat and drain the water

Cut the potatoes into thin wedges

Put into an oven tray drizzle some olive oil over the potatoes

Sprinkle some salt pepper and paprika over. Toss the potatoes with a spoon so that they are all covered with oil and spice.

Bake in the oven on 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
