Roasted Chickpeas

oven roasted chickpeas


Ingredients:

1 tin of chickpeas

salt

pepper

chilli powder

paprika

olive oil

Method:

Preheat your oven to 180°C or 9 on a gas oven

Drain the aquafaba (chickpea water) from the tin

In an oven tray, pour in the chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil and spices

Give the tray a good shake until all the chickpeas are covered

Bake them in the oven until crispy, this takes about 25 minutes
