Stuffed Peppers

You will notice that this recipe is a bit vague when it comes to the ingredients, the reason for that is that this recipe is very easy to alter to your own personal taste. You can use any type of cheese you like, you can use red peppers instead of green, and you can use fresh corn instead of tinned sweetcorn, I hope you make it your own and I hope it comes out great!

Large peppers



Salt and pepper



Preheat the oven to 180ºC

Slice the peppers in half and remove the seeds

Add in the sweetcorn

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika

Top the pepper with grated cheese (I prefer Mozzarella)

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted
